RENTAL - NEED TO KNOW
Delivery and Returns
You are selecting the date you wish your rental to be delivered to you. We recommend you select a date 1-2 days prior to your event date to ensure you are able to receive your outfit in time and you're satisfied with the fit/style.
Please also note, if your rental is due to be returned on a Sunday or Public Holiday, you have until 2pm the following working day to return your garment(s) to us.

Accidental Damage Cover
If you would like peace of mind that any accidental damage caused to your hired outfit will not be charged to you, please ensure you select the Standard Shipping + Accidental Damage Cover option at checkout under 'Shipping Method'. Accidental Damage cover is charged at £4 per order.
Accidental damage cover will cover accidental and repairable damage such as broken zips, missing buttons, washable stains etc. Accidental Damage Cover does not include loss, theft, deliberate or irreparable damage.
